Sitting on his riding mower, mowing a lawn in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, a 20-year-old male landscape contractor was robbed. He called 911 and reported that he had been robbed at gunpoint.

Police officers in the area immediately responded to the scene, but the two suspects had already fled. The victim told investigators that one suspect was armed with a handgun, and that they demanded his headphones.

A struggle developed, and one shot was fired by a suspect. After the gunshot, both suspects ran to a nearby vehicle. It is believed that prior to robbing the victim, the suspects burglarized the contractor’s vehicle. No one was injured during this incident.
