A Kennebunk, Maine man faces drunken driving charges after allegedly using his riding mower to make a beer run.

According to local police, convenience store employees turned away 51-year-old Tony Caulder when he came to the store, because they thought he was drunk. The employees then followed him outside to make sure that he wasn’t driving, and called the police when he rode off on the lawn mower.

Police caught up with him a short time later, and charged him with operating under the influence.
