Fimple’s Lawn Care to pay $21,000 for worker's death.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has fined a company in Massillon, Ohio, $21,729 for safety violations that led to the death of Mitchell Williams, 18, an article in the Times Reporter says.

Williams was working his first shift with the Fimple’s Lawn Care mowing crew when he was found unconscious by the owner and an employee of the landscaping company.

Williams was pronounced dead on June 15 at the Ohio Northern University Metzger Nature Center. According to Tuscarawas County Coroner Dr. Jeff Cameron, his death was a result of an abnormally high body temperature.
