BrightView Holdings, Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, has filed an initial public offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $100 million, according to NASDAQ.

It is reported that the IPO can raise an estimated $500 million. BrightView plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BV.

NASDAQ reports that Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, KKR, UBS Investment Bank, Baird, Credit Suisse, Macquarie Capital, Jefferies, Mizuho Investors, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
