Police in James City County, Virginia, are looking for a man who allegedly strangled a co-worker while landscaping in Kingspoint. Police have warrants for felony aggravated assault by strangulation and felony assault against 49-year-old Rodney Johnson, according to spokeswoman Stephanie Williams.

Police believe that Johnson was working for a landscaping company in September when a 31-year-old co-worker made a joking comment toward him. This caused the two to get into an altercation, ending in Johnson choking the man. The victim also endured a cut on his chest from an unknown object that required stitches.

The James City County Police Department is actively collecting further information about the incident as well as Johnson’s whereabouts.
