Kiely Home, a residential home builder located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, is awarded the first-ever Green Leaf Award from the Little Silver Environmental Commission on July 13, 2018.

The Green Leaf Award, newly founded by the Little Silver Environmental Commission, recognizes businesses, builders, homeowners and residents that make an effort to preserve and protect our environment. Awarded to a new business every quarter, the first-ever Green Leaf Award was given to Kiely Home after a unanimous vote within the Commission.

Keith Kinsey, vice president of operations for Kiely Development, a business unit within the Kiely Family of Cos., states, "All of us at Kiely Home are honored to be the first recipient of the Green Leaf Award in Little Silver. We hope this award and program motivates others in our community to step up and take positive actions to protect our environment."

The winning property, a new single-family home located at 1 Lippincott Road in Little Silver, New Jersey, was designed to preserve the large number of trees that are on the property. Environmentally-friendly landscaping was added to enhance the natural beauty of those trees.

"One of our core responsibilities at the Kiely Family of Companies is reinvesting in our communities," says the company's president, John M. Kiely. "By leading sustainable projects that focus on maintaining a healthy environment, we can do our part to ensure our communities will be enjoyed for years to come."
