Greenscapes of Southwest Florida is building new facility, adding staff.

Construction has begun in Fort Myers on a new 10,000-square-foot warehouse and office complex for Greenscapes of Southwest Florida. An article in the Business Observer states the facility will be used for lawn equipment storage, business meetings and training. Approximately 100 supervisors and laborers will work out of the new facility.

The new location is expected to be ready in November and the company is already looking for additional workers. The decision to open the new branch was to allow landscaping teams and technicians to be closer to the residential communities they serve, according to CEO Steven Pruchansky.

The company also has an office in Punta Gorda, Florida.
