BrightView Holdings Inc., Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, a leading commercial landscaping services company in the United States, has announced the acquisition of Emerald Landscape Co. Inc., a commercial landscaping company located in California’s Bay Area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Emerald, based in Livermore, California, specializes in commercial landscape maintenance, enhancement, tree care, turf management and irrigation services, employing more than 200 team members. It operates branches in the key Bay Area markets of Livermore, Hayward, Concord, San Jose, Manteca and Tracy, California.
