He will oversee strategic planning and more for the global conglomerate.


Dayco, Troy, Michigan, has announced the appointment of John Kinnick to president, global belt operations. He’ll be responsible for overseeing operational performance, strategic planning and development of the company’s global belt organization.

“I am excited to support our over 4,000 associates as we build on Dayco’s 110-year-plus history of innovation and relationships,” Kinnick says. “Our goal is to create value for our customers through quality product, experienced customer service and on-time delivery at the right price.”

Kinnick has spent over 20 years in strategy and transformational roles with a focus on operations and supply chain. Prior to his tenure at Dayco, he successfully led strategic projects at Goodyear and ZF/TRW where he drove improvements in performance, cash flow and market development in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Dayco is a global company that researches, designs, manufactures and distributes essential engine products, drive systems and services for the automobile, heavy-duty, equipment, construction and agriculture industries. It has more than 40 locations in 21 countries and over 4,500 associates.
