Owners met through a landscaping industry organization.

Ferndale, Washington-based Corion Landscape Management recently merged with GreenEarth Landscape Services, a Florida-based firm with branches in Panama City Beach and Santa Rosa Beach, creating GreenEarth NW, according to an article by My Ferndale News.

David Arnold and Isaac Burrous, former owners of Corion Landscape Management, are now co-owners of GreenEarth Landscape Services with founders Jeremy Durgan and Shawn Knight. The four owners met through a landscaping industry organization.

The 41 Corion Landscape Management employees were retained in the merger, and the company’s name change won’t become effective until early 2020.

“The merger enables us to provide the type of benefits, opportunities and first-class systems that great people look for in a career, not just a job. Our clients will see the difference in improved personnel recruitment, retainment and training,” says Burrous.
