The couple will move to their new home in Big Bear Lake, California.

Lucas Oil Products, Corona, California, a manufacturer and distributor of additive and lubricant products, has announced the retirement of Bob Patison and Dawn Patison as of Dec. 31, 2019.

Bob Patison served a long term as Lucas Oil Products’ executive vice president and former general counsel. He joined the company in 1994 when it was still in its infancy and was instrumental in helping it grow into a multinational enterprise.

Dawn Patison, who held the position of studio operations director and played a significant role in the formation of the Lucas Oil Production Studios, is also retiring from the company after 25 years of service. Bob Patison is her husband.

Forrest Lucas, who founded Lucas Oil along with his wife Charlotte, praised Bob Patison for his many years of leadership and steadfast loyalty of service to the company and all its employees. “Bob has been a part of the backbone of this company,” says Lucas. “His expertise will surely be missed.”

The couple plan to settle, at least temporarily, at their new home in Big Bear Lake, California. “Dawn and I made a lot of friends at Lucas Oil, and we will miss our daily interaction with them. We are looking forward to some peaceful time with our children and grandchildren,” says Bob Patison.

The company has not announced who will assume the responsibilities of either of the Patisons.
