The Irrigation Association, (IA), Fairfax, Virginia, will launch its virtual Leadership Summit on Feb. 10, providing both seasoned and future leaders with the skills for leading projects, teams and organizations. The schedule includes both expert speakers and panel discussions that will identify the common traps that many business leaders fall into and offer insight for how to build positive, lasting change in a company.
The IA Leadership Summit includes a CEO roundtable discussing leadership strategies that have helped build a successful business, with Mike Hemman, president and CEO of Netafim USA; Greg Hunter, president of Hunter Industries Inc.; Jon Topham, chief operating officer of Irrigation Design and Construction LLC and Agri-Valley Irrigation LLC; and Doug York, president of Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply.
It also includes three panels of experts, covering topics such as “Leadership in the Irrigation Industry,” “Technology & the Future of Global Business” and “Strategies for Success in a Post-Pandemic World.”
Registration for the event is $119 for Irrigation Association members and $149 for non-members.
