Woods Equipment Company, Oregon, Illinois, nominated by the Robert C.A. This award recognizes Woods’ commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining and developing veteran employees and others in the military-connected community.

“It is an honor to receive this award from the American Legion. As a veteran, I have a special appreciation for the skill and talent that our veterans bring to the private sector,” says Todd Hall, president of Woods Equipment Company.

To be eligible, at least 10% of a company’s workforce must be veterans. The company must also have been in business for the past five years as a private-sector employer.
