The addition expands its connection to the cleaning, janitorial and security verticals.

WorkWave, Holmdel, New Jersey, signed an agreement to purchase Team Software, a provider of software and solutions for cleaning, janitorial, security and facilities management service providers. The acquisition is expected to close at the end of September.

Combined, these companies bring more than 100 years of experience, allowing WorkWave to offer a larger set of solutions that empower service companies.

Team will expand WorkWave’s presence in key international markets.
